Submitting inquiries:

Inquiries regarding our materials, products and services may be placed in writing, online or by phone. They will be answered as soon as possible.

Placing orders:

All orders must be placed in writing. Each time an Order Confirmation is sent to our clients. It contains information about the amount of goods ordered, price, delivery terms and general conditions of the order fulfillment. Order Confirmation is a binding Sale Contract.

General Terms and Conditions:

These Terms apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by ETC sp. z o.o. No amendment, alteration, waiver or cancellation of any of these Terms is binding on ETC sp. z o.o. unless confirmed by ETC sp. z o.o.  in writing.

1. All prices are net prices and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (only if delivery takes place within Polish territory)
2. In case of produced goods  +/- 5 % quantity deviations are permissible, due to technical reasons.
3. The purchaser is obliged to collect ordered goods within 7 days (at the latest) from the date of notification that goods are ready for collection. In case of not meeting the deadline, the supplier reserves the right to offer the goods to another purchaser.
4. The purchaser does not have the right to cancel an order without justified important cause and written approval of the supplier.
5. The supplier reserves the right to charge the purchaser with costs incurred due to the execution of the cancelled order.
6. For transports organized by the purchaser: collection date of goods is regarded as date of delivery
7. For transports organized by the supplier: postal date is regarded as date of delivery .
8. Partial delivery and/or reloading are permitted.
9. ETC sp. z o.o. does not take the responsibility for delayed or not implemented orders if caused by circumstances independent from ETC sp. z o.o., which could not be foreseen at the moment of ordering (Force Majeure).
10. Delivered goods are subject to guarantee obligations according to guarantee conditions for ceramic materials, decals and pastes.
